Arizona Assisted Living Solutions (AZALS) was founded by its co-founders who saw a need in the community for a personalized service to help guide individuals through the process of finding a solution to their caregiving needs.
AZALS contracts with a large network of care providers who are licensed with the Arizona Department of Health Services. We routinely monitor compliance of the care providers, within our network, to ensure continual quality of services. Bobbie Anderson, LCSW
Bobbie Anderson, LCSW, has a MSW degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. She holds both a License in Clinical Social Work and a Certification in Geriatric Care Management. She has over 15 years of experience working with seniors and their families, helping them explore options and discover solutions to their elder care needs.
Her experience also includes medical, home health, rehabilitation and hospice social work, as well as geriatric care management. Bobbie currently serves on the National Association of Social Workers, Arizona chapter Board of Directors.
Cindie Hastreiter
Cindie Hastreiter brings an extensive background of assisted living knowledge and experience to AZALS. Her expertise encompasses over 11 years in the industry making her an excellent resource for families exploring various senior care alternatives.
Her experience includes providing classroom instruction to assisted living providers on the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZ DHS) rules and regulations that govern assisted living facilities. She has worked with family members, professionals in the community, and representatives on exploring senior care options and locating a facility that is best for them.
She has also worked with assisted living facilities to ensure AZ DHS compliance through routine monitoring visits and complaint investigations. Cindie is able to share this knowledge and education with individuals and help guide them in finding the right solution for their individual needs. She is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others by utilizing her knowledge, experience and compassion.
